5. Twist and sway required by the communication system or any other requirment. Latest "State of The Art" software is used to carry out the design.

Detailing of design

After design, R.S. Enterprises offers the services of making a production drawing for each member, gusset joint of the tower. The drawings are prepared in Autocard. All applicable standards regarding pitch, edge distance etc are followed. All dimensions are given to the nearest millimeter.

Fabrication of Tower Materials:-

Tower material is fabricated using precision machinery. Accuracy of all drilled or punched holes are maintained as per engineering drawing.

Foundation Design

The foundation design is done on the basis of soil parameters and the forces generated by the tower on the foundation, followed for concrete. Adequate factoring is done for loads during design.

Construction of foundations:-

Foundations are constructed as per design. The concrete mixture is maintained as per design. Proper curing is done to achieve desired strength of concrete.

Survey Work (RF)- We provides RF survey which includes hot spot, define clutter, and gives the appropriate plans for yours network solution by our exprience RS planner and others team member.

Site Acquisition -

We also provided Land Acquisition for installation mobile tower. Our members are well versed with the legalities of land documents, better dealing regard rent with land owner in favour of telecom company and are capable of spot verification fo all document which is necessary for agreement purpose.

Erection And Painting of Towers:-

N.S. Infra erection and painting of towers as per erection manual. All safety procedures are followed, Nut & bolts are properly tightened. Painting is done as desired by the customer.

Tower Erection - Provide tower erection on the contractual basis with the help of Expert team. We are able to instantly work on your site with the help of our dedicated Team members.

Quality Supervision and Field Management

Deliver the services and implemented works according to defined quality criteria; manage quality control of BTS implementation.

Prepare and manage punch lists outlining sites deficiencies, provide evidence to corrective actions taken and verify that deficiencies have been remedided.

Input the site quality information for quey database for BTS sites.

Documentation:

Implement and manage documentation and correspondence procedures with project organization.

Production of original blank site folder in accordance with format specified for site specific documentation, manage and update site folder and prepare folder for acceptance process.

Record minutes of meeting with customer, prepare and follow up action lists based on meeting minutes.

Plan and organize the information flow and communication within project to ensure coordination and clear understanding about share of responsibilites and escalation with custome.

Customer Acceptance:

Manage the customer acceptance procedures in accordance with project requirements, identify barrier in site acceptance, manage all site acceptance visits, manage all technical and administrative issues relating to closure of project and verify all defects identified by customer are remedied.
